El proyecto fue encomendado por una Agencia de publicidad independiente que se encontraba en una de las unidades (65m2).&nbsp; Necesitaba crecer sumando otra unidad de la misma planta para llegar a una superficie total de 180m2. El concepto se basó en un proyecto de líneas simples y colores neutros.&nbsp;La idea fue generar un ambiente calmo y cálido a la vez. La paleta de colores fue en tonos de grises con madera natural (incienso). Se partió de la base de un piso oscuro y un plano superior (techo) de hormigón natural claro, que cubrió toda la unidad. La planta se separó en 2 áreas bien definidas. El sector de la oficina Sur (unidad existente) tomó la paleta de tonos más oscuros para cubrir áreas de salas de presentación y sala de reuniones. Del lado Norte, se desarrolló una planta abierta donde se encuentran áreas cotidianas, espacios comunes, mesas de coworking y estar con sillones. Esta zona tomó la paleta de hormigón del techo y se desarrolló hacia los tonos claros. El equipamiento se desarrollo a medida con diseños propios para el proyecto y sumaron algunas piezas de diseñadores amigos como Taller Números Primos, Curado, Net, Tienda Mayor. <img width="2333" El proyecto fue encomendado por 3 desarrolladoras inmobiliarias que buscaban compartir el piso y el uso de las áreas comunes. El objetivo del proyecto fue la puesta en valor de la arquitectura original del edificio y acompañarla con equipamiento moderno. ArgentinaProyecto: Clara Jarvis ArquitectaD.O. - Ejecución: Clara Jarvis ArquitectaSuperficie: 150m2 cubiertos La obra está ubicada en el barrio de Villa Ortúzar, en un terreno propio de 8.66m de frente por 18m de profundidad. El proyecto se planteó sobre una casa existente con rasgos racionalistas, que con el transcurso de los años sobrellevo varias reformas que le quitaron valor. La idea consistió en recuperar el estilo original sumándole un aire contemporáneo y adecuándola a los nuevos requerimientos. Así también una conexión más directa entre el patio y el interior de la casa.&nbsp; Se buscó encontrar un equilibrio entre materiales modernos y clásicos, usados bajo una estética contemporánea. Mosaicos graníticos hexagonales en distintos tonos y cargas de piedra, que fueron diseñados y encargados especialmente para la obra. La casa se desarrolla en dos plantas. La planta baja cuenta con living - comedor, cocina, tres dormitorios, baño y toilette, todos con vista y ventilación al patio. El proyecto se inspiró en la planicie pampeana: dos planos horizontales de hormigón a la vez conteniendo dos volúmenes. Un volúmen principal que funciona como vivienda: conformado por 3 dormitorios, dos baños (uno en suite), un amplio living-coemedor con cocina integrada y áreas de servicio. En el exterior: un estar seguido por un espacio de fogón. El segundo volúmen, que se encuentra separado por un espacio verde, funciona como talleres para realizar actividades artísticas de sus propietarios. <img width="2544" height="1462" width_o="2544" POSGRADO, Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA). &nbsp; Desde el 2004 trabajó como proyectista en estudios de arquitectura donde se especializó en viviendas y espacios comerciales. En el 2006, obtuvo su título de Arquitecta. Paso a proyectar y construir viviendas en áreas urbanas y rurales, bajo su nombre. En el 2008 realizó el posgrado DIMO en la FADU. Donde extendió su trabajo a proyectos comerciales, interiorismo y al diseño de mobiliario. Para esto, hasta el día de hoy, investiga, experimenta y realiza capacitaciones en distintos temas relacionados.
